It is with no hesitation and with pleasure that we are writing to express our thanks and appreciation for a wonderful kitchen extension that you have helped us to create.

The whole team have been a credit to you and your quality choice of subcontractors has enhanced the overall project.

Throughout the process from beginning to end you have made sure we were 100% happy and if there were any changes to be made, you were very accommodating and it was always sorted straight away, without delay.

It has been particularly reassuring that your personal level of professionalism and quality has always ensured that all work was completed to a very high standard.

The tidiness of the workmen has been appreciated and the very pleasant nature of them all has been noticed by us and by our neighbours too.

We would have every confidence in recommending you to any future customers and would be more than happy for you to use us as a reference.

Now that the renovation of the farm at Blackfordby has finished we would like to thank you and your team for the excellent and professional way you carried out this “interesting” project.

The farmhouse, cottage and small barn, built in the late 18th century, needed significant repairs and remodelling.  As a family we were very attached to the building and gave you the task of bringing the buildings into the 21st-century whilst preserving the history and character – all on a tight budget!

Your own expert knowledge and commitment to getting things right ensured that these goals were met and that the inevitable unforeseen problems were dealt with effectively.

Please pass on our thanks to all members of your team for their skill, hard work and good humour throughout.

Finally we would like to thank you for your prompt attention to solving a couple of minor problems that arose once my son and his family have taken up residence.

We would certainly recommend your building firm to anyone in the future.

Throughout the process you have kept us informed and showed everything went smoothly, being always on hand to explain and involve us in the progress. The team of tradesmen you successfully managed are a credit to you, this includes the subcontractors also.

We can still scarcely believe that when you told us in August we would be in by Christmas that we would be, but true to your word we were, with a few days to spare.

All of the exterior and interior finishes look amazing!

Dear Michael,

We just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you and the team for the amazing job that you have done on our extension works over the last 12 months.

After getting our plans drawn up, we spoke to a few firms who either felt the project was too big for them or listed the things which could go wrong, and we had started to wonder if we had taken on too much. However, from the moment you came around to quote for the work you immediately put our minds at ease and gave us confidence that everything we wanted was achievable.

Despite the work starting in the middle of a very bad winter and continuing throughout one of the hottest summers on record, the whole team were always happy and friendly and worked at a very fast pace. During the project the guys showed a great willingness to stop and explain what they were doing and were always open to discussing options and changes with us which was very reassuring.

All of our neighbours have priced your team on how tidy everything was kept, how friendly the guys were and everyone has been really impressed at how you re-used the old bricks to blend the new extension into the existing property and have said how it looks like it has always been there.

The attention to detail from the team and all of the exterior and interior finishes look amazing; in particular the work that Matt and Johnny did in joining existing brickwork and roof line at the back of the house demonstrated a lot of thought and consideration, and it is clear that they take a lot of pride in their work.

We knew that living with building work, particularly for that length of time would be difficult, but despite the unavoidable disruption, both the outside and the inside were kept as immaculate as they could’ve been and I don’t think you could’ve made it any less inconvenient.

Once again, thank you to you and all of the lads and if there is anything we can do in the future in terms of providing a reference, photos of the works or even showing prospective client your work, please don’t hesitate to ask as we would happily recommend you to anyone.
